As we scale our product and engineering organization, we're looking for an Agile Program Manager who thrives in fast-moving software environments and knows how to help teams consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.

This is a hands-on delivery leadership role. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve execution, remove blockers, drive accountability, and create visibility across multiple software initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and team ceremonies across multiple engineering squads.
• Drive predictable delivery through strong estimation, planning, and execution practices.
• Monitor sprint health, velocity, backlog quality, and delivery risks.
• Identify dependencies and proactively remove obstacles impacting delivery.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leaders to ensure teams are ready to execute.
• Create visibility into progress, risks, and milestones for leadership.
• Maintain accurate project data and reporting within ClickUp.
• Continuously improve Agile processes without becoming overly process-driven.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years leading software delivery, Agile programs, or technical project execution.
• Experience supporting multiple Product and Engineering teams simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, estimation, and delivery metrics.
• Experience with ClickUp, Jira, or similar project management platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS or technology companies.
• Experience working within squad, tribe, or product-led organizational models.
