IT Project Manager

We're hiring a Project Manager to join Ridango - someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity and gets genuine satisfaction from seeing a project land on time, on budget, and exactly as promised.

You'll manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, from solution breakdown and planning through to delivery. That means keeping schedules realistic, budgets on track, risks visible, and everyone -customers, engineers, product owners - aligned and moving in the same direction.

What you'll do:

• Own the project plan and keep it realistic - always.
• Be the main point of contact between the customer and internal teams.
• Track progress, flag risks early, and escalate when needed.
• Run project meetings, maintain documentation, and report status clearly.
• Participate in pre-sales as a scheduling and resource advisor.
• Negotiate and approve minor change requests.

What you bring:

• Solid IT project management experience.
• Strong communication skills - you can adapt your message for a customer, an engineer, or a director.
• Confidence in English and Estonian, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
• Presentation and negotiation skills that hold up under pressure.
