IT Recruitment Consultant – Business Development Role - London

To £70k + personal commission

The role: Based in funky offices in the City, this position is a dream opening for a business development focussed IT Recruitment Consultant. This is a dual role, you will have overall management responsibility for an offshore team of delivery focussed recruiters as well as developing new business across the Fintech and Financial Services markets in London and the UK using your own network and leveraging off the company’s existing recruitment consultants’ client base.

The company: An international recruitment and executive search consultancy which specialises in providing high quality recruitment solutions across IT and Financial Services.Its teams of recruitment consultants in Asia and Europe work collaboratively with their clients, understanding their requirements and delivering the best talent available.

The candidate: Experience as an IT Recruitment Consultant in a business development role is essential, as is a proven track record in the Fintech and Financial Services recruitment markets.Ideally you will have an exposure to management or team leadership and any international experience, especially in Asia would be highly attractive.

The package: There is an excellent package on offer.The base salary is in the region of £70k which will be complemented by a generous personal commission structure.
