IT Security BA - (SWIFT OR ISO 15022 / ISO 20022)

• 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or Functional Solution Consultant in Capital Markets /Role Overview
• We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Functional Consultant / Functional Solution Consultant with strong expertise in the Capital Markets / Securities domain. The candidate will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements, define functional solutions, and support securities-related applications and processes.
• Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and solution requirements.
• Work closely with business users, technology teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze existing securities processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support solution design, functional testing, UAT, implementation, and production releases.
• Provide functional expertise throughout the application development and delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions align with business, operational, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or Functional Solution Consultant in Capital Markets / Securities IT.
  
• Strong combination of Securities domain knowledge and IT functional analysis.
• Knowledge of SWIFT, ISO 15022 / ISO 20022
  
• Excellent requirement-gathering and stakeholder-management skills.
  
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  
• Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business and technology stakeholders.
  
• Experience working in complex banking / financial-services environments is preferred.
