About the Role

We are looking for an IT Support Assistant t o join our team. In this role, you will provide daily technical support to our colleagues and help keep our systems running smoothly. You will also support our event teams by making sure that thermal printers work correctly during events and organizations. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic IT knowledge who wants to grow in a friendly and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily IT support to end users (hardware, software, and network issues).
  • Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 (O365) services, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide IT support during events and weekends when required.
  • Assist with Microsoft Azure services, such as user accounts, access rights, and basic administration tasks.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot thermal printers used at events and organizations.
  • Respond to support tickets and solve problems in a timely and professional way.
  • Keep simple documentation of common issues and solutions.
  • Work closely with the IT team and report any important issues to the IT Manager.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of IT (hardware, software, and networks).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure is a plus.
  • Good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher) and Greek.
  • Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Availability for on-site support during events when needed.
