Help us develop and operate a next-generation "budget-hotel system" with a single goal: a world where anyone, anywhere, can travel with confidence.
You will mainly work on software / automation / AI-agent related tasks, together with our core team.
Typical activities:
• Brainstorming ideas to improve hostel experiences (guest communication, reservations, etc.)
• Turning those ideas into simple tools using:
• Claude for “vibe coding” (explaining what we want in natural language and iterating on code together)
• APIs and integrations such as Zapier, Retool, ChatGPT, and other services
• Testing our internal apps from a staff/user point of view and giving feedback
• Helping us document how to use the tools in simple language (for non-technical staff)
• Supporting staff members who want to learn how to use or improve these tools
• 4 hours per day, 5 days per week (total 20 hours/week)
• Shifts are flexible between 9:00 and 22:00, to be coordinated with the staff who will work with you
• We will agree on a weekly schedule together so that:
• You have enough free time to enjoy the city and travel
• You still have overlapping time with the team for pair-working and feedback
