<<Responsibility / Duties>>
Understand hotel operations and identify what systems or tools are needed
Build and maintain the development foundation that enables non-engineer staff to create AI-powered tools using Dify and Claude Code
Develop simple APIs, data connections, and workflows that allow staff-built apps to work together
Provide technical support so that frontline staff can safely and effectively build and use AI-driven applications
<<Requirements / Skills>>
Ability to understand operational workflows and turn them into simple technical solutions
Experience building internal tools or automation (any industry is fine)
Basic knowledge of programming, databases, and APIs
Experience with AI tools (Claude Code, dify, n8n etc.)
Advantage: Experience working as a software engineer
