ACC is dedicated to helping people with disabilities maintain meaningful employment within their communities by providing one-on-one coaching at their place of employment.

As a job coach you will work one-on-one with a small caseload of adults and support them in their jobs in a multitude of working environments. You will go home at the end of the day knowing that you helped your clients succeed, made a difference in their life, and helped them grow their skills.

Job Duties:

• Provide on-site job coaching and support
• Helping clients stay on task

• Help client communicate with their employer and co-workers

• Complete and submit accurate and timely documentation

• Collaborate with client and their employer to provider a supportive work environment

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Desire to help others succeed
• Ability to work effectively independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work weekends
• 18 years of age or older
• Driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
