As a JuniorProduct Designer, yourmissionwillbe to contribute to the design andevolutionofnewscalablebenefits, alwayskeepingtheuseratthecenter. Youwilljoin a corporateyetdynamicenvironment, whereinnovation, empathy, anduserexperience drive everythingwe do.

Whatyou’llbedoing:

• Ideating, prototyping, andtestingproductconceptsacrossdifferentplatforms, primarily in Figma.

• Supportinguser researchactivities (interviews, testing, analysis) whilelearningfromsenior designers andgraduallyincreasinginvolvement.

• Designingsolutions for smallfeatureswithautonomy, andcollaboratingonmedium-sizedfeatureswith team support.

• Usingandapplying design systems to ensureconsistency in visualsanduserexperience.

• Actively participating in agile workflows and continuous delivery environments, working closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers.

• Communicating design ideasclearlyandeffectively, highlightingtheirpotentialimpact.

• Collaboratingwithhumility, openness to feedback, and a strongwillingness to learn.

• Education Requirements:
  Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI, or a related field.

• WorkExperienceRequirements:
  1 or 2yearsofexperience in Product design, preferably in fintech, HR tech, orbenefits.

• Languages:
  Spanish andenglishfluent
