Our Civil & Environmental Engineering Team delivers innovative and integrated engineering solutions for the waste, resources and renewables industries from project conception through construction of waste containment, soil, and water storage/retention projects nationwide. Our team specialise in geosynthetic solutions across a range of applications, chasing the atypical and technically challenging projects to exceed our clients’ expectations and deliver a solution fit for future generations to come.

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Graduate or junior career professional, to work as a part of our National Engineering team based in Melbourne, VIC. who have a passion for delivery excellence, providing you with exposure to a some of the most exciting and challenging projects ground engineering has to offer in a range of industry sectors. The role presents a great opportunity to grow and enable you to shape your future with direct inhouse support from our industry leading staff, who have a proven track record of delivering high quality, strategic and commercially astute professional services to federal, state, and local government entities, together with large multi-national private and public companies. In this role, you will gain exposure to a diverse range of projects including:

• Geosynthetic containment and capping designs in waste, resource and renewables industries
• Landfill design and advisory support
• Superintendency, Contract Management and Construction Support
• Project feasibility studies

Does this sound like you?

• In your final year of university in a course related to Environmental or Civil Engineering, or a related field, or have up to 2 years of experience
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bring a wealth of energy, enthusiasm, and a thirst for knowledge in the workplace.
• Hold a valid Australian driver’s licence.
