Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing corporate formalities for client companies or internal entities.
- Maintain and update corporate databases and records.
- Participate in organising Board of Directors meetings and general meetings.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
- Manage corporate documentation and archiving.
- Assist with communication with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
We are seeking a technically strong and experienced individual to join our team and we would welcome an application from you if:
- You hold a degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- You are a team player and would like to be professionally active in an international environment, with the ability to work effectively in a team and sometimes under pressure.
- You are autonomous, dynamic, flexible, proactive, service-oriented and have excellent

- You have a perfect command of both written and spoken English and French.
