About The Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Junior Dealer to join our team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for an individual looking to start their career in financial markets. As a Junior Dealer, you will be an essential part of the team, working closely with senior dealers to learn the ropes of market operations. You will effectively monitor and maintain our trading systems and tools, spot issues in real time, and take corrective actions in a timely manner. High attention to detail, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential.

What You Will Do:

• Following daily procedures and producing daily reporting
• Monitoring, analysing & reporting clients’ trading behaviour, patterns & performance
• Following the company’s operational procedures and internal controls in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Monitor and maintain the department's trading systems
• Monitor and hedge company-level exposures according to established rules and guidelines
• Participating in Dealing Department projects

Who We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, or any other related field
• Solid understanding of risk management and/or exposure in monitoring, hedging, and execution flows
• Organised and methodical personality, high attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and be adaptable
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel is essential)
