For projects related to one of our clients we are looking for ambitious soon to graduate or just graduated student for unpaid traineeship as Junior International Recruitment Specialist. It is great opportunity to gather valuable work experience in global recruitment management in return for work.
Our customer Booksy.net is global provider of appointment booking, CRM and communication tool for Health and beauty sector. Currently company operates in 9 countries from USA, Brazilian, Argentina, UK, Poland, India, Philippines, Singapore and South Africa. Your job will be to conduct recruitment for our international team in English speaking countries where Booksy operates.
International Recruitment:
- Creation and publishing of job ads
- Monitoring of performing advertising channels
- Headhunting candidates using Linkedin in Recruiter
- Prescreening of candidates
- Arranging Recruitment meetings
- Conducting recruitment
- Respons to candidates
Project tasks:
- Improvements to global recruitment process
- Improvements and maintenance of our recruitment web pages
- Set up of team in South Africa
Qualifications
- Person eager to learn and is a fast learner
- Great communication skills in written and spoken English (no need to speak Finnish)
- You want to develop your career to become HR Specialist
