Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a Junior IT Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st level technical support to end users via phone, email, ticketing systems, and on-site assistance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, operating system, Microsoft Office, and network access issues.
  • Create, configure, and maintain user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions in Active Directory and related systems.
  • Escalate complex or high-priority incidents to higher-level IT support teams when required.
  • Log, categorize, track, and follow up on support requests to ensure timely resolution and user satisfaction.
  • Install, configure, and maintain user devices, applications, and related IT equipment.
  • Manage and maintain the inventory of IT assets, including laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and organizational procedures while supporting daily operations.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in related role.
  • Excellent command of MS-Office applications.
  • Familiarity with help desk software, ticketing systems and Active Directory.
  • Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
