Junior Social Media Executive

Are you passionate about social media and digital content? We're looking for a Junior Social Media Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to the day-to-day execution of our social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and publish content across multiple social media platforms.
• Maintain and coordinate the social media content calendar.
• Assist in content planning and campaign execution.
• Contribute ideas for content strategy and social media growth.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and algorithms.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to ensure content is delivered, scheduled, and published on time.
• Monitor content performance and support ongoing optimization efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Have at least 2 years of social media management experience.
• Be able to manage content publishing across platforms.
• Maintain and coordinate the content calendar.
• Contribute to content planning and strategy where needed.
• Have a good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
• Be comfortable working collaboratively with the creative and marketing teams to ensure content is delivered and published on schedule.
