We are looking for a motivated and detailed oriented Junior VAT Associate to join our tax team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in indirect taxation and gain hands on experience working with a diverse portfolio of clients. You will work closely with experienced members of the team, developing your technical knowledge and practical understanding of VAT while contributing to the delivery of high quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review and submit VAT returns.
- Prepare, review and submit VAT recap statements.
- Assist clients with VAT registrations, de-registrations and ongoing statutory requirements; answer basic VAT questions.
- Assist with VAT audits and queries.
- Maintain neat internal records.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in tax/VAT or accounting;
- Enrolment/completion of a university degree in Accountancy, Taxation, or ACCA
- Strong attention to detail;
- Good communication, organizational skills, and good time management;
- Self-motivated and willing to learn;
- Able to work with strict deadlines;
- Fluent in English.
