Currently, we are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our growing TLT Mechanics Sales team in Vilnius, Lithuania. The team is focused on plastic injection moulding services across the Europe.
In this role, You will be responsible for:
- Strategic Account Management: Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key B2B clients to ensure high customer retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal engineering, project management, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless order execution.
- Proactive Communication: Lead customer communications and proactively mitigate risks to prevent project escalations.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary escalation point for quality claims or delivery issues, coordinating solutions with internal departments.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve revenue targets through accurate volume forecasting, upselling, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Performance Optimization: Drive key business metrics, including revenue growth and margin performance, to align with company objectives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Project Management, or Sales (B2B).
- Strong background in Plastic injection moulding or EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) industry is highly preferred.
- A strong commercial mindset with the ability to negotiate, build partnerships, and grow accounts.
- A proven track record of driving complex technical projects.
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English language (both oral and written).
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, solve problems proactively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary
Recognizing the candidate's efforts and experience, we offer a competitive salary that reflects your skills and expertise. The salary for this position ranges from €20/hour to €25/hour (€ 3 360 – 4 200 per month) before taxes, depending on your experience and competence. Additionally, you will be eligible for solid performance-based bonuses tied directly to results.
