The specialists will be involved in curating and managing lyrical and metadata content in their target language in line with project and industry priorities. Your role is to evaluate the quality of both internal and external partner content to ensure the quality and standards of the finished products before they reach the user.
We are aiming to look for applicants with strong music, lyrics, metadata analysis, translation/transliteration, and localization backgrounds. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing Music Lyrics Content - synchronization of lyrics, proofreading/editing/QC-ing lyrics, and analyzing music/artist metadata. Excellent linguistic skills and music knowledge. You will need a passion for technology and a will to question the current workflows with the mindset to improve tools and processes.
- Review and verify the accuracy of lyrics sourced from partners, ensuring alignment with established quality standards.
- Maintain comprehensive time-synchronization coverage for the top 80% of playback activity.
- Adhere to and enhance internal review guidelines and multilingual reference materials to optimize workflows and improve localization accuracy.
- Proactively contribute to high-priority, time-sensitive ad-hoc projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Review albums/tracks featured in campaigns.
- Maintain polishing coverage for the top 80% of plays.
- Perform updates and modifications to the metadata and credits as required.
