Role:- L2 Production Support

Job Description

Must have:

·Production Support, min 1 year of experience in Java, UNIX, Oracle, PLSQL, SQL Server

·Ready to work in Shift (including night shift)

·SQL deployments,

·Web sphere deployments

·UNIX configuration,

·Communication Emails from client,

·User Requirement discussion Meeting,

·Shell scripting, Build Documentation,

·BAU Maintenance release and fix implementation,

·Status Updates to client and stakeholders,

·Database import/ export/ Clone

·Autosys Jobs scheduling,

·Create Service Now Change / Task
