About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

1. Strategic Framework Development: Formulate and refine fulfillment performance metrics and standardized operational workflows. Utilize data monitoring and strategic iterations to ensure seamless execution across all stages, driving business goal achievement.

2. Problem Identification & Optimization: Detect and diagnose fulfillment process inefficiencies. Design targeted solutions and mobilize production and research resources to drive system enhancements, continuously improving delivery efficiency and service quality.

3. Resource Coordination & Optimization: Integrate transportation resources and scheduling strategies. Enhance rider management systems through task design and incentive mechanism innovations to stabilize transportation supply.

4. Industry Benchmarking & Innovation: Study industry best practices to design innovative fulfillment models. Pilot and implement new initiatives to establish differentiated competitive advantages.
