About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Workflow
Lead, coordinate, and monitor the activities of warehouse staff.
Allocate tasks, set daily priorities, and ensure deadlines are met.
Oversee receiving, picking, packing, replenishment, loading, and dispatch operations.
Ensure accuracy of orders and inventory through regular checks and cycle counts.
Team Leadership & Development
Motivate and guide team members to achieve performance targets.
Train new employees on warehouse procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
Provide feedback, coaching, and participate in performance reviews.
Promote teamwork, communication, and a positive work culture.
Safety & Compliance
Enforce health and safety policies and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Report and investigate incidents, near misses, or safety concerns.
Administration & Reporting
Assist with shift planning, resource allocation, and attendance tracking.
Monitor KPIs such as accuracy, productivity, and order turnaround times.
Prepare reports on stock levels, workflow performance, and operational issues.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, drivers, and other departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably in a team-leading capacity.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory processes, and equipment.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer tools.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
