• Proven experience leading laboratory operations within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

• A background in Chemistry, Metrology, Engineering, Quality, Measurement Sciences, or a related field.

• Strong expertise in testing, validation, calibration, measurement systems, or laboratory processes.

• Experience managing technical teams and developing people.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluency in both French and English.
