We’re looking for hands-on laborers for field construction projects in the Arkansas/Missouri region. What You’ll Do

  • Perform general construction labor in the field, including grading, layout, forming, reinforcing, and concrete placement
  • Assist with welding on occasion
  • Read and follow basic layouts, blueprints, and project specifications
  • Operate hand and power tools (drills, saws, grinders, tape measures, etc.)
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts, skid loaders, shotcrete pumps, air compressors, and lifts (scissor & boom)
  • Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all company safety policies
  • Travel to job sites in the Arkansas/Missouri region


What You Bring

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • OSHA‑10 certification (required prior to hire)
  • 1 or more years of construction or labor‑intensive experience (combined education and experience will be considered)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively on a team
  • Commitment to safe work practices

Preferred

  • Experience with welding, concrete, fiberglass, or artistic construction
  • Forklift or light equipment operation experience
  • Ability to read basic blueprints and layouts


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Frequent standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting
  • Lift up to:
    • 70 lbs. (floor to waist)
    • 90 lbs. (waist to chest)
    • 25 lbs. (overhead)
  • Push, pull, and carry loads up to 100 lbs. as required


Work Environment / Hours

  • 7-3:30 M-F or 7-5:30 M-Th
  • Field setting with normal exposure to dust, fumes, airborne particles, varying weather conditions
  • Moderate to loud noise levels
  • Regular travel required; overnight stays may be necessary
