Landscape Installer

Full-Time
Monday–Friday | $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

In this hands-on crew member role, you’ll help transform properties throughout the Charleston area by installing plants, preparing landscape beds, and supporting our installation crews. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to build practical skills and grow a career in landscaping. Experience is welcome, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with planting trees, shrubs, and other landscape plants using proper planting techniques.
• Prepare landscape beds, dig holes, spread soil and mulch, and assist with sod installation.
• Load, unload, and move plants, tools, and materials safely.
• Support irrigation and other landscape installation tasks as directed by your crew leader.
• Use and care for tools and equipment safely, following training and company procedures.
• Keep job sites, vehicles, and work areas clean and organized while protecting clients’ property.

What We’re Looking For:

• Dependability, punctuality, a strong work ethic, and a positive team attitude.
• Willingness to follow directions, learn new skills, and give and receive respectful feedback.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and perform active, physical work throughout the day.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds using safe lifting practices and assistance as needed.
• Professional and courteous communication with clients and fellow team members.
• Plant knowledge, landscape experience, or experience operating tractors with trailers is a plus; training is available.
