Laser Operator (1st Shift)

Responsibilities Include:

• Operate laser cutting equipment and run jobs according to schedule.
• Load and unload materials and finished parts.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure quality and maximize productivity.
• Inspect parts for accuracy, material compliance, and quantity.
• Deburr, organize, and route parts to the next operation.
• Provide feedback to improve quality and production efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and monitor material and consumable inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all departmental procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.

We are looking for someone with:

• Laser operation experience cutting all types of materials (steel, stainless, aluminum)
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
• Experience with Trumpf and PRC Fiber lasers a plus but not required
