Eco Wash is a modern, eco-friendly laundromat in Nassau, located on Tonique Williams-Darling Highway. We offer self-service laundry, wash-dry-fold, and pressing services using energy-efficient machines and sustainable detergents. Our team is dedicated to providing customers with a clean, welcoming, and professional experience while maintaining the highest standards of quality and care.

Purpose:

Provide customer support by assisting patrons with self-service machines, guiding them through service options, and answering general inquiries. Intake and process wash-dry-fold (WDF) and pressing orders accurately while ensuring payments are handled efficiently. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across the laundromat to enhance the customer experience. Support smooth daily operations by monitoring floor activity, restocking supplies, and addressing issues promptly, serving as the friendly and professional face of Eco Wash.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with self-service machines.

• Guide customers on machine selection, detergent use, and service options.
  
  
• Intake Wash-Dry-Fold (WDF) and pressing orders into POS and ensure accurate billing.
  
  
• Address customer questions and escalate issues to the manager as needed.
  
  
• Maintain cleanliness of customer-facing areas (folding tables, waiting areas).
  
  
• Restock vending items and maintain front-of-house supplies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
  
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  
  
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
