• Oversee all daily laundry operations (sorting, washing, drying, pressing, folding).
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry facility.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and professional development
• Ensure proper functioning of washers, dryers, ironers, and folders
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs
• Manage inventory of linens, uniforms, chemicals, and supplies
• Inspect finished laundry for cleanliness and presentation.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer expectations
• Enforce health and safety regulations
• Train staff on safe chemical handling and equipment use
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or Equivalent 
• +5 years' experience in Laundry Management in luxury atmpsphere
• Leadership and team management
• Attention to detail
• Organizational and time‑management skills
• Knowledge of laundry processes, chemicals, and equipment
• Strong communication skills

Additional Information

experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Fluency in English
additional languages are a plus
