Law Clerk for Fall 2026 Semester- Delaware

The Delaware office of Kaufman Dolowich, LLP, an AV-rated® firm of 200+ attorneys across 16 offices, is seeking a Law Clerk in their 2nd or 3rd year of Law School to work part-time. Please submit your resume, transcript, and a writing sample.

No experience is required, but clerkship experience with litigation and/or insurance coverage practices is preferred.

Candidates must have excellent writing, time management, and organizational skills. This is a great opportunity to work directly with attorneys and gain hands-on litigation experience with a dynamic team in Delaware.

**This is a paid clerkship with the potential to return to the firm as an associate after passing the DE bar.

Qualifications:

• On track to receive JD from an ABA accredited Law School in May 2027 or 2028
• Law Review/Law Journal or Moot Court is preferred
• Sitting for the July 2027 or 2028 DE bar
• Superior academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication.
• Clerkship or Work experience (insurance coverage, professional liability, or employment litigation experience a plus)
