Responsibilities for a Rehabilitation Manager:
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Supervise a team of field clinicians.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new clinicians.
- Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.
Qualifications for a Rehabilitation Manager:
- Speech Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist required.
- Supervisory experience.
- Home Health field experience is required

Compensation: $90,000–$95,000 annually, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives.
