JOB DESCRIPTION
1.Lead the definition and development of the innovative antenna system and coordinate vehicle integration
2.Develop the tests methodology, lead the simulation, prototyping, calibration, validation and road tests
3.Deliver outstanding requirements, system definition, interfaces, implementation, testing and debugging strategy
4.Manage the suppliers technical relationship to deliver innovative technical solutions within required cost, quality and time targets
5.Manage the relationship with hardware/software/mechanical teams dealing with antennas and coordinate specifications
6.Stay on top of technology innovation in the antenna field and design future 5G MIMO solutions
Qualifications
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Masters in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience on automotive antennas projects
- Good knowledge of antenna design principles
- Good knowledge of automotive radio frequencies challenges
- Experience in antenna hardware design for cellular, Wifi, GNSS
- Experience with antenna measurement protocols and tools
- Experience of 3D simulation tools
- Skills on antenna simulation, testing, debugging and optimization
- Experience in telematics systems development
- Strong ability to drive results from empirical data
- Project management skills
- Strong motivation for technology oriented products
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural and inter-disciplinary team across different time zones
- Ability to work outdoors
APPRECIATED OTHERS SKILLS
- Other languages (Chinese, German, French…)
- Experience in AGILE, SCRUM
- Experience in NB IoT, V2X
- Knowledge of FCC/IEC/ICNIRP CAR/HAC regulations
