We're looking for an experienced Lead Technician to take projects from final trim through client handoff - overseeing junior techs, deploying networks, and upholding our high standards. Our best techs take pride in both the technical and physical sides of the work, from programming systems to climbing into attics when necessary.

We're looking for an experienced Lead Technician to take projects from final trim through client handoff - overseeing junior techs, deploying networks, and upholding our high standards. Our best techs take pride in both the technical and physical sides of the work, from programming systems to climbing into attics when necessary.
You Are:
- A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.
You Have:
- Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, High EQ.
Your Location:
- Our Office: 1845 SW 4th Ave Delray Beach, FL 33444
- Occasional out-of-state travel (less than 5%)
- Projects: Located throughout Fort Lauderdale to Jupiter
Your Schedule:
- Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
- Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
Your Manager:
- Project Managers
Key Responsibilities
- Control4 Programming (REQUIRED)
- Lead residential AV, networking, lighting, and automation installs from trim through completion
- Build and lace equipment racks
- Advanced setup and configuration of devices
- Advanced understanding of networks
- Advanced troubleshooting of devices
- Test, troubleshoot, and QA systems before client handoff
- Mentor junior techs and maintain job site accountability
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Proven experience leading residential integration projects
- C4 Programming (REQUIRED)
- Strong troubleshooting across AV, networking, and automation systems
