AECOM is seeking an Lead Civil Site Engineer with proven expertise in the Colombian renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for validating civil and structural designs and providing strict field supervision over critical earthworks, foundation laying, drainage installation, and the final civil handover process.
• Manage end-to-end civil deliverables by evaluating structural designs and directing the on-site construction of earthworks, foundations, and drainage up to final project turnover.
• Review as-built drawings, punch lists, and technical documentation required for final civil asset handover to operations.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

• Professional Civil or Structural Engineering credential backed by a minimum of 8 years delivering civil design reviews and managing site execution.
• Proven site oversight of civil packages (earthworks, foundations, concrete, and drainage) for at least 2 energy or industrial facilities, including hands-on experience on 1+ solar PV installation over 8 MWac.
• Fluent level of English, written and spoken
