Position Summary:

This position is part of the Field Sales Team, specifically part of the New Customer Acquisition Team (NCAT). This position will research prospective customers, create outreach strategies, and identify new sales opportunities for the outside sales team. The Lead Generation Specialist will work closely and collaboratively with the outside sales team to implement appropriate outbound prospecting strategies within the assigned territory or industry market. This position will focus on high-volume outreach via phone and email.

Location: Rockford, IL

FLSA Hourly/Salary: Base Salary range $50,000-$60,000 plus quarterly commission based on individual performance.

Drive sales opportunity pipeline and sales growth by finding and engaging qualified leads via phone and email.

Collaborate with sales and marketing team to create a positive impression of Field through early on sales stages and maximize lead conversion.

Develop opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts/markets and soliciting new accounts.

Create a great first impression of Field by providing prospects with a memorable experience and critical information.

Generate and prioritize strategic target accounts, geographies, and industry segment lists and refine approach to best infiltrate them.

Research accounts and key contacts via websites, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, etc.

Maintain active engagement with new leads through creative follow-up communications.

Engage in on-going dialogue with prospects to keep Field top-of-mind and help build stronger relationships and brand awareness.

Track, measure, and report lead generation activities in CRM to ensure accurate pipeline visibility

Participate in regular sales and marketing alignment meetings to share insights, trends, and feedback from the field.

Continuously refine outreach strategies based on data, results, and feedback.

Assist in marketing activities as needed and able.

High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Polite and professional manner.
