Role overview
We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to build a healthy pipeline of prospects for the sales team. You'll research target companies, make first contact, and book qualified appointments. Working hours are 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers that fit the target profile
- Reach out by phone, email and LinkedIn to start conversations
- Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team
- Keep the CRM updated with notes and next steps
- Track outreach activity against weekly targets
What you'll need

- A reliable laptop, headset and stable internet
