Strive Global is seeking a Leadership Development Associate to join our Baton Rouge team.

This position is designed for individuals interested in developing their leadership, communication, team management, and business operations skills. The Leadership Development Associate will work alongside team members and leadership to support daily operations, contribute to team performance, and gain practical exposure to leadership responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, adaptable, and interested in developing into a stronger business professional and future leader.

Responsibilities

• Support daily team operations and business activities.

• Work closely with leadership to understand organizational goals and priorities.

• Assist with team coordination, communication, and performance initiatives.

• Participate in leadership and professional development activities.

• Support onboarding and development of new team members when needed.

• Communicate professionally with colleagues, customers, and business partners.

• Assist with planning, organizing, and executing team objectives.
