Strive Global is seeking a motivated and personable Promotional Sales Assistant to join our team in Baton Rouge.

In this role, you will support promotional sales initiatives, interact directly with customers, represent our campaigns professionally, and help create positive experiences that drive engagement and sales results.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, and wants to develop valuable skills in sales, promotions, customer relations, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a professional, approachable, and informative manner.

• Present products, services, and promotional offers clearly and effectively.

• Assist with the execution of promotional sales campaigns and customer engagement activities.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

• Provide accurate information and answer customer questions.

• Support the team in achieving individual and campaign sales objectives.

• Maintain a strong understanding of current promotions, services, and campaign goals.

• Build positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.

• Assist with customer onboarding and follow-up when required.

• Collaborate with team members and management to improve campaign performance.
