Lean Six Sigma Black Belt & Digitalization Lead (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

Lean Leadership

• Lead and execute Lean projects across operations and support functions

• Identify improvement opportunities and eliminate waste (Muda) in processes

• Facilitate Kaizen workshops and value stream mapping (VSM)

• Coach and mentor Green Belts and operational teams

Digitalization

• Identify and implement digital solutions to optimize processes

• Drive the integration of Lean principles with digital technologies

• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure scalable solutions

OPEX

• Support the development and execution of the operational excellence roadmap

• Ensure sustainability of implemented solutions (Sustainability and robustness)

• Contribute to standardization and best practice sharing across other sites of the LC as well of the Division

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience
Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience
Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
Professional-Level English language skills preferred
