Learning Administrator (PeopleFluent) | Onsite - Noida, India | Open to India-based candidates only

Position: Full-time employee

Location: Fully onsite - Noida, India

Our team is looking for a Learning Administrator to own the day-to-day operation of a client's PeopleFluent LMS, from scheduling and reporting through user access, certificates, and platform troubleshooting. This is a hands-on, dedicated LMS administration role built around tight SLAs and a high volume of transactional work.

What you'll do

• Schedule and manage training sessions across the LMS, coordinating calendars, capacity, and resourcing

• Build and maintain learning content, pathways, and curricula, with accurate metadata and version control

• Generate LMS reporting on scheduling, completions, utilization, and compliance

• Design and manage ticket-based workflows where a single learning event generates multiple SLA-tracked transactions

• Manage user access provisioning, certificate generation and tracking, and first-line platform troubleshooting

• Take ownership of integration maintenance and workflow management following handover

Requirements

What you bring

• 5–6 years' experience as a dedicated, career LMS administrator on an enterprise platform (PeopleFluent, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone/CSOD, or similar). PeopleFluent experience is ideal, though not required.

• Proven experience designing and managing ticket-based workflows with transaction- and event-level SLAs

• Strong LMS configuration, user management, and troubleshooting skills

• Experience with LMS integrations and workflow automation

• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to work directly with client stakeholders

• Attention to detail and process discipline across provisioning, certification, and reporting
