 Support in reviewing and analyzing current business process to enhance value through ICT.

 Support in designing, developing, and managing the learning technology strategy, roadmap, and budget, ensuring

that it aligns with organizational goals and objectives.

 Support in conducting Benchmark the similar applications/programs/systems.

 Support in managing consultative service to improve effectiveness and efficiency process through ICT.

 Ensure completeness of the overall application development process and its proper documentation.

 Ensure the collaboration within internal and external parties are well managed and achieve the projects’ goal and

timeline.

 Conduct learning and benchmarking on best practice related to learning & development.

 Support in analyzing and adopting the best method to approach and propose the alignment.

 Support for Integration & Implementation process.

 Support in evaluating the Needs assessment results and Proposed Finding.

 Keep updated of emerging trends and technologies in learning technology and recommend innovative solutions to

enhance the learning experience.

 Management Support Activities:

o Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time
concern, effort and cost).
o Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.

Education Requirement  Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
Work Exposure/ Experience  Minimum 2 years working experience

 Good project management skills.
 Good communication skills
 Good collaboration and networking skills
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
 Exposure of ICT especially in teaching & learning area
 Have experiences in Multimedia.
 Have experiences in UI/UX
 Social Media marketing and campaign
 Branding skills.
 Data Processing
