Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site | Monday – Friday (shifts can be flexible 7 AM – 4 PM or 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM)

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Are you someone who enjoys working with customers, keeping details organized, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks? We're looking for someone who is responsive, organized, comfortable juggling multiple requests, and genuinely enjoys helping customers.

A growing transportation and mobile space solutions company in Eastern Iowa is looking for a Lease Account Coordinator to take customer orders, build quotes and leases, and coordinate deliveries with our logistics team and drivers. This is an in-house customer service and sales support role. You'll be on the phone and email all day with contractors, retailers, event organizers, and business owners, helping them get the right units at the right time.

If you've worked as a service coordinator, dispatcher, rental counter rep, or inside sales rep, you'll feel right at home.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls and emails, take orders, and help customers find the right storage or mobile space solution
• Prepare quotes, lease agreements, and related paperwork accurately
• Work closely with the Logistics Operations Manager and drivers to schedule deliveries, pickups, and relocations
• Keep customers updated on delivery timing, changes, and renewals
• Enter and maintain customer, lease, pricing, and account information
• Follow up on open quotes, paperwork, and customer requests
• Solve problems quickly and route issues to the right people
• Support sales by converting quotes and identifying renewal or add-on opportunities

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3+ years in customer service, inside sales, dispatch, service coordination, rental, or order entry
• Confident on the phone, and comfortable with direct, straight-talking customers and drivers
• Thick skin and a sense of humor. Our environment is fast, busy, and hands-on
• Strong attention to detail with pricing, contracts, and customer information
• Able to juggle many requests at once without dropping the ball
• Comfortable on a computer all day; Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, plus the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Experience in equipment rental, trucking, construction, HVAC/plumbing service, or another service-based business is a plus

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, or
  • Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
• This is a full-time, on-site position in Manchester, Iowa.
