We have immediate openings for “Legal Executive” position for our reputed Client located inTrivandrum.

About Position:-
Position: Legal Executive
Experience: 2-3 years

Location: Trivandrum.

Skill Sets:

• Preparing & Drafting Contract
• Legal Notices,
• To Maintain proper data base of contracts
• Drafting Vendor studio contracts, license & Distribution contracts
• Correspondence with Lawyers regard to the cases pending and follow up of the same
• Responsible for the closing and execution of contracts.
• Ability to establish priorities and multi-task efficiently within a high-pressure environment while meeting strict deadlines

Qualifications

Qualification: LLB or LLM
