What We’re Looking For:

• Essential Qualification: Level 2, 3, 5, or 6 in Early Years Education (full and relevant as per the DFE list of relevant qualifications)

• Recruitment Process: All applicants will undergo safer recruitment checks, including a completed Application Form and DBS clearance

Your Role:

• Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with EYFS standards

• Be a reliable, proactive team player, collaborating with fellow childcare professionals

• Communicate clearly and compassionately with parents and guardians about their child’s development

• Foster a stimulating and nurturing environment where children can thrive

• Ensure all documentation and procedures are completed with accuracy and care

Position Details:

Hours: Full and Part Time hours Available working 52 weeks a year

• Lunch Cover hours- 11-3pm (20hrs hrs week)

• 4/5 day week working 8 hour days shifts between 7am- 6pm

Salary: £27,372.80 - £29,120.00 ( pro rata)

Botley staff receive an additional £0.30/hour location weighting (this is included in salary above; subject to terms)
