About this role

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with clinical intakes to ensure medical necessity is met
  • Impact the treatment planning process from intake to discharge based on client diagnosis and needs present
  • Provide individual, family and group therapy, as needed
  • Maintain complete and accurate client records per regulations
  • Ensure services provided are necessary and evidence-based, and within the ethical and legal scope of practice
  • Coordinate care with other service providers, as appropriate
  • Participate in case consultation as indicated

To be eligible for this position, you must hold an active Kentucky state license/s in one of the following credentials:

  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor – LMHC, LCMHC
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker – LCSW, LICSW, CSW
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - LMFT
  • Licensed Professional Counselor – LPC, LPCC, LCPC
  • Licensed Mental Health Professional - LMHP, or
  • Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) in Kentucky
  • Previous experience in clinical counseling or social work setting preferred
