Position Details

💼 Position: Full-Time Licensed Counselor

💵 Salary: $56,000–$60,000 annually

🕘 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

One evening shift per week: 12:00 PM–8:00 PM

🎓 Required Licensure: LAC, LSW, LPC, or LCSW

What You'll Do

As a Counselor at High Focus Centers, you'll have the opportunity to provide meaningful, direct clinical care while supporting clients throughout their treatment journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and the multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions within PHP and IOP programming.
• Conduct Level of Care Assessments as required.
• Monitor client progress and collaborate with treatment team members to support positive treatment outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation.
• Participate in utilization review, aftercare planning, and outcome measurement processes.
• Communicate with referral sources and outpatient providers as appropriate to promote continuity of care.
• Contribute to curriculum development, clinical training, and ongoing program improvement.
• Complete required organizational and accreditation-related training.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Active New Jersey licensure as an LAC, LSW, LPC, or LCSW.
