Who You Are
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the safe and accurate movement, storage, receiving, and shipping of materials and products within the warehouse. This position performs loading/unloading, order picking, inventory transactions, and material handling activities while following company SOPs, cGMP requirements, and safety procedures.
What You'll Do
- Pull and prepare inventory according to SYSPRO picklists and production/material requests.
- Perform bin transfers and inventory transactions to accurately deduct and transfer materials in the system.
- Receive, load, and unload trucks while verifying materials and quantities.
- Perform order picking, packing, wrapping, labeling, staging, and shipping activities.
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse material-handling equipment.
- Maintain required warehouse, equipment, and maintenance records.
- Clean and prepare drums and other containers for transfer between warehouse locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Ensure materials are properly identified, labeled, stored, and handled to prevent damage, contamination, or mix-ups.
- Follow applicable SOPs, cGMP requirements, OSHA/safety procedures, and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and help investigate inventory discrepancies when required.
- Support other company warehouse locations and departments as needed.
- Report damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, safety concerns, or equipment issues to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2–4 years of warehouse/material handling experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing industry.
- Forklift operating experience required; forklift certification preferred.
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory/ERP systems; SYSPRO experience preferred.
- Good basic math, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to follow written SOPs, safety procedures, and cGMP requirements.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform material-handling activities throughout the shift.
- Ability to safely lift and move materials as required by the position.
- Ability to work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
What We Offer
Compensation: $22-26/hr, depending on experience and qualifications
