Life Insurance Underwriter

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Life Insurance Underwriter. In this role, you will manage the underwriting process for individual and corporate clients, ensuring risk assessments align with corporate guidelines and supporting the continuous improvement of underwriting practices.

Responsibilities:

• Assess medical, financial, occupational and leisure risks and make informed underwriting decisions.

• Prepare insurance quotations for corporate customers.

• Manage the underwriting process for individual and corporate customers in accordance with established underwriting guidelines.

• Prepare and revise underwriting methodologies, questionnaires, and related materials.

• Enhance underwriting processes, implementing and maintaining effective controls.

• Provide expert advice on underwriting matters and actively collaborate with internal teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a medical or healthcare-related field.

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

• Proficiency in computer applications and tools.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Salary: 2600-3000 €/mon. gross
