Description of Task to be Performed:

AnaVation is seeking an experienced Litigation Support Engineer to provide support to a mission critical customer. The selected candidate will be responsible for the administration, optimization, support, and usage of enterprise e-Litigation systems across multiple network enclaves to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient access to case-related data. The ideal candidate has a background in IT as well as experience with litigation support.

Key Responsibilities
· Administer and maintain litigation support platforms (e.g., Relativity, IPRO Eclipse, Everlaw, Nuix, Lexmark) across multiple enclaves.
· Perform queries using these systems and others; perform analysis of information sources, timeline development, communication patterns and data quality controls.
· Develop data dashboards within case repositories (e.g., Relativity or Everlaw) and/or using COTS data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI) to support case team review.

This position is on site with the customer in Washington, DC and cannot be supported remotely.
The selected candidate must possess an active TS clearance with the ability to obtain SCI accesses. Candidates without an active TS cannot be considered.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Legal Studies, or related field OR 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 6+ years of experience engineering and deploying complex IT systems in a federal government environment
  • Hands-on experience administering or heavily using litigation platforms such as:
  • Relativity
  • IPRO Eclipse
  • Everlaw
  • Nuix
  • Experience developing dashboards or analytical visualizations (e.g., Power BI or similar tools).
  • Strong troubleshooting and user support skills.
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive investigative data in secure environments.
  • Active TS clearance with the ability to obtain SCI accesses
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting federal investigative teams through technology-assisted review (TAR).
  • Knowledge of eDiscovery lifecycle (ESI preservation, collection, processing, review, production).
  • Experience working across multiple network enclaves or classified environments.
  • Experience maintaining IT system availability, user access, connectivity, and performance, to include configuring workspaces, permissions, data ingestion workflows, and case repositories.
  • Experience performing system updates, tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience providing proactive recommendations leveraging industry best practices for analytics-driven litigation support.
  • Experience supporting attorneys and case teams with technical solutions to optimize review workflows.
  • Familiar with IT Service Management (ITSM) lifecycle
  • Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or Relativity Certified User (RCU) and/or Certification in eDiscovery (e.g., CEDS – Certified eDiscovery Specialist) a plus, but not required.
