Weekend Load Tracking Agent (Remote, C1 English)

Do you speak English at a C1 level and want a remote job that only takes your weekends? RAM BPO is hiring someone to track freight shipments across the United States for one of our logistics clients.

What you'll do
- Track loads from pickup to delivery
- Call and message drivers, dispatchers and customers to confirm location, ETA and load status
- Answer customer emails during your shift
- Spot delays or problems and escalate them on time
- Log every update in the client's transportation management system (TMS)
- Send an end-of-shift report

What we're looking for
- C1 English
- Experience in freight logistics (track & trace, dispatch or similar) or strong customer service experience in English
- Organized, detail-oriented and comfortable handling several tasks at once
- Stable, high-quality internet with a backup plan in case of outages
- A quiet space at home to take calls

What we offer
- 100% remote work
- Saturdays and Sundays only, rotating 8 to 9-hour shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. (Colombia time)
- Monthly salary of COP 850,000
- Work equipment provided by the company
- Training on the client's tools and processes
