Logistics Operations Junior

Description

We are looking for a Logistics Operations Junior to strengthen our Logistic team in Mexico City, Mexico.

In this role, you will:

Main Activities:

• Daily delivery and collection coordination.
• Shipment preparation and dispatch support.
• Inventory control and physical stock verification.
• Courier and transportation follow-up.
• Warehouse organization and product movement support.
• Logistics documentation and operational tracking.
• Support in the configuration and setup of telematics equipment.

Shipment & Delivery Coordination

• Coordinate daily shipments, deliveries, and product collections.
• Prepare delivery schedules and coordinate routes based on business priorities.
• Coordinate with courier companies, transportation providers, and logistics operators to ensure timely deliveries.
• Follow up on shipment status, delivery confirmations, and pending deliveries.
• Coordinate product preparation, packaging, and shipment readiness.
• Support order fulfillment activities by ensuring products are available and properly prepared for delivery.

Inventory & Warehouse Support

• Receive incoming products and verify quantities and physical conditions.
• Support warehouse organization and product location management.
• Perform weekly inventory checks and support monthly inventory reconciliations.
• Maintain inventory records updated and report discrepancies or stock differences.
• Support stock movements, transfers, and product availability checks.
• Support accurate documentation of inventory movements and operational transactions.

Logistics Operations & Issue Resolution

• Follow up on operational incidents related to:
• Missing products.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve logistics-related requests.
• Provide daily operational support to Sales, Telematics, and Networks teams.
• Ensure operational requests are completed within expected timelines.
• Support the correct use of logistics processes and internal tools.
• Support in the configuration and setup of telematics equipment.

Communication & Operational Support

• Provide updates regarding shipment status, inventory availability, and operational priorities.
• Support peak workload periods, vacations, and temporary operational needs.
• Support in the configuration and setup of telematics equipment.
