The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Security Consultant to strengthen our team and ensure the security of our clients’ cloud environments. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving M365 security solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement M365 security solutions

• Conduct security and risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities and develop remediation plans

• Identity and access management using Entra ID

• Information protection using Microsoft Purview

• Secure and manage devices using Intune

• Advise clients on security policies and best practices in M365 environments

• Stay updated on the latest features, updates, trends and threats in Microsoft 365 security

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 environments and their security, experience in Azure or Power Platform is a plus

• Knowledge of Microsoft security products (Defender suite, Purview, Entra ID, Sentinel, Intune)

• Understanding of cloud security standards and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Fluent in Finnish and English

Nice to Have

• Microsoft security and device management certifications (e.g., AZ-500, SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, SC-401, MD-102)

• Experience in developing and automating security processes

• Broader understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices

• Experience in incident response and security operations
